Last night my husband saw something moving out of the corner of his eye. It ran into our furnace closet quick as can be.
Useless Pest-a-Cator 2000. It is obviously NOT keeping the mice out of OUR house.
I thought I had been hearing mouse sounds for the last couple weeks, but I could never find any signs of them.
We took out the mousetraps from behind the bed and in the study, and they were clean as a whistle... and improperly set.
We set the traps properly.
This morning, there was a mouse.
(Update on my hand... it is healing well. Thanks for all your well wishes!)

Thanks for your visit to my blog...and for the feedback. It looks like you are good at figuring out how to add different looks to your blog.....like the 3 columns! That's neat. I've been blogging awhile, but I've never tinkered with the code much.
Yikes! A Mouse! Maybe you could teach the curly puppies to catch them :)
What sort of trap did you use to actually catch the little guy? This is a constant source of debate in my house. Major evidence of a mouse condo under construction inside my walls...
Mouse. Eeeek! I suppose they can be cute if they did not spread diseases. We used to have roof rats, and I'd hear them having parties up in our attic. Then we removed their favorite food - loquat fruit (who'd know) and sealed our attic. We have been rat free for 3 years. Ants, they are a whole different story. These tenacious little things keep coming back...
I hope you have the same policy we have at our house. I'll set the traps, but husband gets to empty them!
